Hélène is an ICF Master Certified Coach, Registered Occupational Therapist, adult educator, and Founder and CEO of Function First Coaching™. For more than 20 years, she has helped leaders strengthen communication, navigate complexity, and build healthier relationships for sustainable performance.
A certified TotalSDI Facilitator since 2019, she combines Relationship Intelligence, professional coaching, and adult-learning principles to turn insight into action. She is a UBC Clinical Instructor with a Master of Adult Education and recipient of the 2023 ICF Coaching Impact Award for Emerging Coach Educator.
