Hélène Thériault is an occupational therapist, Master Certified Coach, adult educator and bilingual speaker with more than 24 years of experience across healthcare practice, leadership and professional education.
As the founder and CEO of Function First Coaching Inc., Hélène created the Dive Into a Coach Approach® program to help healthcare and helping professionals integrate coaching skills into their existing roles. Her work supports organizations in developing stronger communicators, more confident leaders and internal coaching champions without requiring every employee to become a credentialed coach.
Hélène received the 2023 International Coaching Federation Coaching Impact Award for Emerging Coach Educator. Today, she works with healthcare professionals, teams and organizations to strengthen the human capabilities that support trusted relationships, collaborative care and meaningful action.
